Please read through these terms and conditions. By booking, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. If you DO NOT agree, please do not make a booking or use this website.
Throughout this document, ‘We’ refers to Shauna Jackson and any guest teachers or facilitators working with her, in studio, online, or elsewhere.
Throughout this document, when we refer to ‘activity’, this covers in-person and online classes, one to ones including therapies and healing arts, workshops, and events.
Conditions of Attending Activities
We have the right to refuse admission at any time.
If you choose to bring your own equipment you are solely responsible for it.
We are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
If attending an activity with your child/children, you remain fully responsible for their welfare at all times.
The use of mobile phones, video cameras or recording equipment is not permitted unless all participants have clearly given consent.
Students agree to use any oils, creams, incense, candles etc. at their own discretion.
Before an activity, students must inform the instructor of any relevant physical/medical conditions, including pregnancy.
We shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for economic losses, loss of goodwill, or indirect or special losses arising from participation in an activity. You and/or your heirs will not bring any claims against Shauna Jackson, guest teachers, or staff, except where liability cannot be legally excluded.
You agree to these statements if we are to work together in any of the activities listed above:
I am in good physical health.
I have no medical condition or injury that would prevent me from fully participating in an activity.
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform facilitators of any injuries, surguries, previous or current medical conditions, and so on before any activity.
I understand that participation can encompass a wide variety activities and some may be considered strenuous or intense, I take part at my own will with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, loss or death.
A GP has examined me within the last six months and determined that I am in good physical health and completely capable of participating in yoga exercises.
Bookings and payment
Please pre-book your activity online when possible.
By booking an activity you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
All purchased activities (classes, passes, one to one therapies, courses, workshops, events) and gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding on this.
If we cancel an activity, a full refund will be issued or a reschedule will be offered.
The timetable will change regularly. We aim to keep to the schedule, however, activities are subject to change without notice.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, illness, fire, flood, pandemics, or government restrictions. In these situations, classes or workshops may be postponed or conducted online if feasible.

We adhere to GDPR regulations as outlined in the EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, issued on April 27, 2016. This policy is subject to change periodically. We recommend reviewing this page to confirm your satisfaction with any updates.
We are dedicated to protecting your personally identifiable information and have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial measures to secure the data we gather online. Occasionally, we may send you emails or WhatsApp messages about the studio, activities, special offers, and more. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email or by reaching out to us. We do not share or sell your information to any third parties without your consent, except if it required by law.
Confidentiality in Group Activities
In some of the activities, participants might share personal, emotional, somatic, and/or professional reflections. We are committed to maintaining a safe and confidential environment. By agreeing to these terms, you pledge to respect the group’s privacy and trust.
